This 980 nm band ASE broadband light source is based on rare-earth fiber spontaneous emission, featuring good optical power and relatively low DOP (Degree of Polarization), with spectrum covering the 980 nm band. Suitable for fiber component loss testing, DOP testing, and FBG optical grating production. Available in B1 benchtop package with Hi-1060 fiber and FC/APC connector.
