This dual-band ASE broadband light source is based on rare-earth fiber spontaneous emission, featuring good optical power and relatively low DOP (Degree of Polarization), with spectrum simultaneously covering both the 980 nm and 1030 nm bands. It provides ≥50 mW total optical power (non-tunable) with power spectral density ≥-10 dBm/nm at both 980 nm and 1030 nm. Suitable for fiber component loss testing, DOP testing, and FBG optical grating production. Available in B1 benchtop package with Hi-1060 fiber and FC/APC connector.
