1550nm Narrow Linewidth Semiconductor Laser
This 1550 nm single-frequency narrow-linewidth laser is based on an ultra-narrow-linewidth external cavity semiconductor (ECL) chip, delivering single-longitudinal-mode CW output with spectral linewidth of 150~200 kHz and side mode suppression ratio ≥50 dB. Available with output power of 20, 50, or 100 mW in both SM (SMF-28) and PM (PM1550) fiber options, with module (M15/M20) and benchtop (B1) package forms. Ideal for distributed fiber sensing, LiDAR, quantum optics, and precision spectroscopy.
