Ultra-wide spectral coverage light source for OCT, spectral analysis, and industrial inspection

This super broadband light source is a cutting-edge optical innovation capable of delivering near-infrared output covering 0.45 to 2.4 μm wavelengths via single-mode or polarization-maintaining fiber. Compared to conventional broadband sources, it offers an extremely wide spectral range, high spectral flatness, and high optical power. When paired with tunable filters, it can produce wavelength-tunable output, making it ideal for material microanalysis, OCT tomographic imaging, industrial inspection, and other advanced applications.

| Configuration | Wavelength Range (nm) | Power | Polarization State | Fiber Type | Availability |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 600~2400 nm / 100 mW / Single-mode Fiber (Hi-1060) | 600~2400 nm | 100 mW | Random | Single-mode Fiber (Hi-1060) | Quote-ready |
| 600~2400 nm / 100 mW / Polarization-Maintaining Fiber | 600~2400 nm | 100 mW | Linear | Polarization-Maintaining Fiber | Quote-ready |
OEM/ODM branding, custom integration, and compliance packaging can be configured per order.
Specification sheets, shipping documents, and remote commissioning support are available on request.
Two spectral variants are offered: NIR-II covering 600 to 2400 nm and NIR-III covering 450 to 2400 nm, both specified at the 20 dB bandwidth.
The average output power can be configured at 100 mW, 200 mW, or 400 mW, depending on the selected model variant.
The standard output pigtail is single-mode fiber (Hi-1060) with FC/APC connector. A polarization-maintaining fiber option is also available. A collimator output can be provided on request.
The source supports both touchscreen operation and RS232 serial communication via a DB9 female port, allowing easy integration into automated test setups.
